Shipping, Return, & Refund Policy

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Standard Shipping

Flat rate or free over a minimum, 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping

Additional fee, 1–3 business days

International Shipping

Calculated at checkout, 7–21 business days

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship to addresses within the U.S. and selected international destinations.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations.

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • If your order is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at queenbee@robotbeepolish.com

  • Damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the packaging and products.

2. Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Certain items (e.g., sale items, gift cards, perishable goods) may be final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at queenbee@robotbeepolish.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; Robot Bee is not responsible for lost returns.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds may be denied or partially granted for:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window

  • Items missing parts or damaged due to misuse

Exchanges

  • We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at queenbee@robotbeepolish.com

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable to your business)
